In FL Studio go to File->Export->Zipped Loop Package to collect the flp and all used samples into a zip file that can be used for converting. This has multiple benefits, from easier sample management when sending the project to other people, to more accurate audio time-stretching when converting from FLP -> ALS. directory around.You can upload a zipped project file including its samples. This has the advantage that you don't have to move the templates, cool stuff etc. FLS will still start at the default Projects folder, but you can easily navigate to your own tracks by following the "My tracks" link. Of course, an easier alternative is to simply make a shortcut to your own projects folder inside the Projects folder (maybe called "My tracks"). FLS will treat this folder as a normal folder. You should now see a "Projects" folder inside C:\Program Files (x86)\Image-Line\FL Studio 12.3\Data which looks like a normal link, but in this case it's a symbolic link.
